Leader of opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa has appointed Member of Parliament for Mangochi Monkey-Bay Ralph Jooma as his spokesperson.

This has been confirmed in a letter signed by Nankhumwa’s Principal Personal Secretary Dorothy Kabango made available to this publication.

According to Kabango, the appointment of Jooma is with immediate effect.
