Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has announced that the Airtel top 8 final match between MAFCO and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets will be played at Kamuzu Stadium on 6 January 2024.
Initially the game was scheduled to be played at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe.
This is the second time that these teams will be meeting in the finals this season, as the people’s team beat the Salima based soldiers 3-0 in the FDH Bank Cup.
Bullets reached the finals after beating Blue Eagles 3-2, while MAFCO booted out silver stickers 3-1 on post-match penalties.
Meanwhile, the people’s team will be hoping to clinch the quadruple after winning the TNM super league, FDH Bank and Castel Challenge Cup.
