The sentiments have been made by one of the country’s good governance expert   Wonderful Nkhutche alongside the on-going 2024/2025 pre- budget consultations, the ministry of finance is conducting.

According to authorities, the meetings are aimed at soliciting views on issues to be incorporated in the fiscal policy.

According to  Mkhutche the mattings are good but the implementation has always been a problem sighting failure by the budgets meeting their aspirations.
