Malawi National Examination Board (MANEB) has extended the deadline of paying examination fees to 12:00 midnight on12th January 2023.

The Extension, is for those who are sitting for 2024  Primary School Leaving Certificate Of Eduaction (PSLCE) Junior Certificate of Education (JCE), Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) and Primary Teachers Certificate of Education (PTCE).

This comes barely after a day MANEB reveals that 29 817 candidates representing 4.68 percent are at the risk of not sitting for  examinations this year after their parents and guardians failed to pay examination fees on 31st December 2023 as deadline.

Meanwhile, In a press statement signed by Maneb Executive Director Professor Dorothy Nampota  has asked parents and guardians to pay fees for their wards using approved payments platforms like “TNM Mpamba, FDH 525 Mobile Banking, FDH Wallet, FDH Banki Pakhomo, NBS Easy Mobile, National Bank Mo626, Standard bank Unayo and First Capital  Bank.”
