Woman Dies After Being Hit By Motor Vehicle On Lilongwe-Mchinji Road

A 46-year-old woman, Mercy Kambale, died after being hit by a motor vehicle at Chimuti village along the Mchinji-Lilongwe M12 road.
Mchinji police publicist Limbani Mpinganjira reported that the vehicle was heading from Mchinji Boma to Kamwendo.
At Chimuti village, the vehicle collided with a cyclist who was carrying the woman.
Both the woman and the cyclist sustained severe injuries in the accident.
Sadly, Mercy Kambale succumbed to her injuries, leading to a tragic outcome.
