Bangwe All Stars star, forward, Robert Saizi, is expected to sign a two-year contract with MTN Super League Zambian side, ZANACO after the two teams agreed on a fee around K13.5 million.
Initially, the offer had been rejected, but Bangwe revised their decision and a condition was added that Bangwe and PlayFootball Malawi will each receive 20% if Zanaco FC will sell Robert to any club.
Speaking to times radio, Director of Bangwe All Stars, Mphatso Jika, confirmed the development saying the have agreed with the Zambian side on a fee of approximately K13.5 million.
Meanwhile, Play Football Malawi Academy President, where Saizi was developed, Davie Mpima also confirmed the news, stating that they will 20% of the agreed K13.5 million transfer fee.
Saizi, who was signed by Bangwe for K3 million from Play Football Malawi, has had a successful season after playing 27 games in TNM super league scoring 9 goals, 4 assists, and being nominated for best midfielder of the season.
