The First Grade Magistrate Margret Khobili has today sentenced 63-year-old former Neno Primary Education Advisor Benito Mpapa to 10 years imprisonment for defiling and impregnating a 16-year-old girl under his care.
The court sitting in Neno found the offender guilty and meted out the sentence to deter other would-be offenders.
Mpapa was arrested last year in June over the matter.
