The community of Monze is in mourning following the tragic passing of Agness Mang’wato, a third-year nursing student with a promising future ahead of her.

The 23-year-old was discovered lifeless in her hostel, leaving her fellow students devastated.
Agness had only complained of a headache before retiring to bed the previous evening. When attempts were made to wake her up, it became apparent that she had tragically passed away during the night.
Agness, hailing from Chikankata district in Southern Province, was the daughter of Mr. Mang’wato, the headmaster of Ngangula secondary school. This heartbreaking incident has sent shockwaves through the community, and the police are yet to release an official statement regarding the cause of her untimely demise.
