Information reaching this publication indicates that workers at Ntchisi District Hospital have embarked on a sit-in to force government to transfer some top officials at the hospital.
The disgruntled workers are pushing for the immediate transfer of director of health and social services Dr. Alinafe Kalanga and some staff at the hospital.
The striking workers are accusing Kalanga and her team of failing to run the affairs of the hospital.
They have since closed the offices for the responsible officers.
