The Mzuzu high court is set to continue hearing from the last of the 10 state witnesses in the human trafficking case.
Eight individuals, including Tadikila Mafubza, son of former first lady Gertrude Mutharika, face charges of aggravated human trafficking and manslaughter.
The charges are linked to a mass grave discovered at Mtangatanga forest in Mzimba in October 2022.
The state has already presented nine witnesses, including pathologists, police detectives, and individuals close to the accused.
The presiding judge, Gladys Gondwe, oversees the high-profile criminal homicide case.
