High Court Judge Gladys Gondwe is expected to make determination on whether suspects in the aggravated manslaughter and trafficking in persons case, including Tadikira Mafubza, have a case to answer.

According to what transpired in court today, the defence is in 21 days from now expected to file submissions on the same after which the State will have to respond within 14 days.

According to the judge, she will make her ruling 60 days from the date of submission by the State.

Mafubza and 7 others are answering charges of aggravated manslaughter and trafficking in persons, connected to the bodies of 30 unidentified people believed to be Ethiopian immigrants which were discovered in Mtangatanga Forest on October 18 2022.
