This morning, a furious crowd in Goliati, Thyolo, attacked and burned two suspected thieves.

The police spokesperson, Sergeant Rabecca Kashoti, explained that the suspects were accused of breaking into Frank Mahara’s house.

Family members of Mahara hunted down the suspects and brought them to Mapwesera village.

There, the crowd violently attacked and killed the suspects, identified as Chimwemwe Kauwa and James.

Shockingly, one suspect already in police custody confessed to working with Kauwa and James, leading to their brutal punishment.
