Former Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) National Operations Director Joe Nyirongo, popularly known as Big Joe has officially been welcomed into the Malawi Congress Party (MCP).
Nyirongo was kicked out of DPP months ago together with some senior officials in the party for allegedly questioning the eligibility of former President Peter Mutharika in the forthcoming 2025 polls.
MCP Chairperson for the North Joseph Chavula welcomed Nyirongo at th party’s regional offices in Mzuzu.
Nyirongo promised to work tireless in wooing Malawians to vote for President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera in the forthcoming 2025 polls.
