President Lazarus Chakwera has hailed Dr. Thomson Mpinganjira for the construction of the International Blantyre Cancer Centre (IBCC).
He said, “You have turned your personal tragedy to a public triumph.”
Dr. Mpinganjira through the Thom and Barbra Foundation and partner, OMCC has constructed the facility to a tune of K9.625 billion in its first phase.
