Justice Minister to testify in Chisale’s case

Minister of justice and constitutional affairs Titus Mvalo has arrived at the court in Lilongwe where he is expected to testify in the case in which Norman Chisale body guard to former president Peter Mutharika is accused of intimidating government officials and interfering with judicial processes.

The state, defense lawyers and Chisale have also arrived at the court.

Principal Resident Magistrate Rodrick Michongwe is hearing the case.
