A Tennessee mom who accidentally discharged her pistol and killed her teenage daughter while fishing for her keys in her purse is now asking for donations for the girl’s funeral.
The deceased identified as Dearria Radley aged 13, died of a single gunshot just before 10 p.m. on Saturday after she was rushed to Vanderbilt’s Pediatric Emergency Room.
The deceased mother told detectives that her un-holstered .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol was in her purse with other items.

However, the mom is now asking for well-wishers to assist her with $15,000 to cover her daughter’s funeral expense.
The mother identified as Red Radley made post in a GoFundMe asking for financial help.
A little over $300 had been raised to cover the teen’s funeral costs as of Monday afternoon.
On Facebook Radley posted several times detailing her heartbreak following the shooting, writing in all caps, “hug your babies tight because I lost mine, words can’t describe this pain.”
“I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone my heart is in a million pieces,” “dearria I need you I can’t do this. Bug I love you so so much.” Leads the post.
She later shared a video of herself crying, and saying through tears that she “wouldn’t wish this on anybody,” and “my baby is gone.”
“Thirteen years. Thirteen years. We’ve been through everything together and my baby is gone,” she emotionally exclaims in the clip.
“I can’t do it. I can’t do it, man. My baby, my baby.”
Meanwhile Police have not yet place any charges towards her.
