Well-known Zambian socialite Mutale Mwanza has blasted has taken to social media to attack her married friends for allegedly ignoring her after tying a knot.
In a statement posted on her official facebook page Mwanza said she has quitted contributing some in people’s wedding because of the humiliation she gets after the wedding.
“I recently made a decision to stop contributing to people’s weddings, kitchen parties and chilanga mulilo’s because it dawned on me that after my friends / relatives get married, they stopped communicating with me.
“All of a sudden, I became that miserable single woman who should not be associated with married people. It’s funny how my money was never miserable when they needed it to fund their lavish weddings or events,” wrote Mutale Mwanza.
She has since ordered all prospective brides to stop adding her into groups seeking contribution for weddings.
“I will say it one last time, PLEASE STOP ADDING ME TO YOUR GROUPS FOR CONTRIBUTIONS FOR YOUR WEDDINGS. GO AHEAD AND GET MARRIED WITHOUT BOTHERING US SINGLE PEOPLE. LEAVE ME ALONE!
“Please bear with me,” she added.
