MAN JAILED FOR DEFILING A 11 YEAR OLD GIRL IN DOWA

Mkukula Senior Magistrate court in Dowa has sentenced a 23 year old Chinsisi Nyadani to 8 years imprisonment for defiling a 11 year old girl.
The magistrate Aufi Ali said, the convict entered into the house on April last year where the victim was staying and defiled her.
The convict denied the allegations but after the court brought three witnesses, the convict accepted it.
However, the convict asks the court to forgive him as his the first time to commit a crime but the court refused his plea.
Magistrate Thomson Midia said, the convict need to stay in jail because what he did is against the constitution of Malawi.
The convict comes from Mkukula village in Dowa.
