A total of nine are currently admitted at Karonga District hospital after a tree fell on them at a certain restaurant within the central business district yesterday.
Karonga Police Station Publicist, Sergeant George Mulewa confirmed of the incident in an interview with the press.
According to Mulewa, the victims met their fate while at a certain restaurant eating food.
