Deputy Minister of Education, Nancy Chaola Mdooka has challenged university students to be innovative and help the country in attainment of its long term development plan, Malawi 2063.

The Minister was saying this earlier today in Lilongwe at Bingu International Conference Centre (BICC) during the 9th DMI St John the Baptist congregation graduation.

Mdooka asked the universities in the country to align their programs to the Malawi 2063.

DMI-John the Baptist University Pro-Chancellor Right Reverend Bishop Montfort Stima said the university will always adhere to equitable quality education.

Sitima said he is upbeat that the graduates will bring noticeable change and success.

1224 students have been conferred with degrees, diplomas and certificates.
