National Bank of Malawi has today unveiled a K15 million sponsorship for South Africa Young Stunna’s show, which has been organized by Beerland Festival.
NB plc will also give out K3.5 million cash prizes to customers who will trade on thier MoPay and MO265 platforms during the show and in purchasing tickets to the show. NB plc marketing and corporate affairs manager Akossah Hiwa said is strategic for both the bank and Beerland Festival as they work on fostering a celebration of talent and culture.
She also added that entertainment is one of the sectors that interests them as an institution. They look at this show as platform for having fun, a cultural celebration since there will be diverse artists and one to promote regional talent.
Beerland Festival chief executive officer Lucy Msowoya thanked the bank for the sponsorship as it will help them bring life to the event.
“This support strengthens our shared vision of creating memorable moments for our communities. We thank them for believing in the power of music,culture and co-existence”said Msowoya.
The Young Stunna show will take place this coming weekend at Money Men Ground Blantyre. Other artists to feature at the show include Onesimus, Gwamba , Eli Njuchi, Malinga and Temwah
