State vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima is at Emanyaleni Village, Traditional Authority Mabilabo in Mzimba to attend the burial ceremony of an in-law to Minister of Justice Titus Mvalo, Agnes Grace Mvalo.
Agnes Grace Mvalo died on Tuesday last week in South Africa.
She is the mother to businessperson Frank Mvalo.
Agnes Mvalo has died at the age of 68.
