The Lilongwe Senior Resident Magistrates Court is this morning expected to deliver a ruling in a case where bodyguard to former President Peter Mutharika, Norman Chisale is accused of intimidating a public officer.

The presiding magistrate is scheduled to deliver a ruling on whether Chisale has a case to answer or not.

Among those who complained to police of Chisale’s intimidation and testified as a state witness in the case is Minister of Justice Titus Mvalo.
