Police in Liwonde has arrested three people for allegedly being found with babies body parts.
Liwonde police officer in-charge Ulemu Kaluwa said the suspects are Milward Kabotolo, Shaba Bello and Roseby Steward.
Kaluwa said the two suspects were arrested at the bus stage where they were coming from Ntaja carrying bag containing the said human body parts while other suspect was arrested following the police investigations.
“We took those human body parts at Machinga District hospital where the Doctors confirmed that the body parts were removed from three babies: she said.
The suspects will soon appear before court to answer the charges against them.
The suspects from senior group headman kawinga and Mkoola in Machinga district.
