At least 1000 young people are expected to benefit from a job and Business Opportunity Fair that Mhub with funding from GIZ is conducting at Chichiri Trade Fair Grounds in Blantyre as part of this year’s Trade Fair.
The organisation’s Technical and Development Manager Daniel Mvalo said the youths need such mentorship if they are to make it in life.
Mvalo added that what they would like to do is to link the young people to available job opportunities. For those that are into business, they would like to also provide them with market linages and other information on how they can access financing and partnerships.
Chisomo Tchona, one of business operators in Blantyre said that sessions have been beneficial to them.
The initiative will run for two days and has brought together young people who will be linked to various job and busi6ness opportunities.
