A bogus doctor has been arrested at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital (QECH) in Blantyre for suspecting him allegedly stealing a phone and impersonating medical personnel.
Unidentified man, is now trending on social media after being caught and arrested this morning.
It reported that the man used his tricks to convince phone salesman to find him at his work claiming he is a doctor and his wife works at QECH
The man told the salesman that his wife who is a nurse wants to buy the phone.
The salesman surrender the phone to the trickster ten he doctor acted as if he was going to meet his wife who while holding the phone.
The so called doctor, went away with the phone and used the other gate to escape the scene But leaving the salesman waiting.
After waiting for a long time, the salesman was surprised at the silence and he started asking the staff at the hospital if they knew the doctor and they all refused, so he ran to the road to start looking for him, but it was crazy! To face him.
Suddenly the salesman managed to saw the so called doctor and he started chasing him screaming thief!! thief!!
Large number of people assisted the salesman chasing the doctor and with the team spirit they managed to catch him
Police arrived at the scene and he has since taken to the station to answer charges of theft and impersonating medical practitioner.
