There is tension at Immigration Department in Blantyre where armed police officers have stormed the premises for unknown reasons.
The development comes amid rumours that some Immigration senior officers are planning to hold the protest to force the Immigration Chief Charles Kalumo to resign.
According to inside sources, the some seniors officers are set to be fired and the law enforcers have been called in to maintain order at the institution.
