Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who alleges sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Pisciotta, who worked for West from July 2021 until her dismissal in October 2022, details a pattern of inappropriate behavior and broken promises in her lawsuit. Initially hired to assist with West’s Yeezy fashion line launch, her role included working extended hours and collaborating on his album “Donda.”

The lawsuit alleges West pressured Pisciotta to shut down her OnlyFans account, promising to increase her salary to $2 million to compensate for the lost income, a promise that never materialized. Pisciotta accuses West of sending lewd text messages, explicit photos, and videos, and sharing intimate photos of Yeezy employees. She also claims West engaged in disturbing physical encounters, including masturbating during phone calls and pressuring her to remove clothing in the office.

One particularly disturbing incident involved West allegedly locking Pisciotta in a room, masturbating in her presence, and then falling asleep. Despite the harassment, she was promoted to Chief of Staff in September 2022 with a promised salary of $4 million, but was fired a month later without receiving the promised severance. Pisciotta’s lawsuit seeks compensation for breach of contract and a hostile work environment. This lawsuit follows another one against West, where a former security guard at his Donda Academy school alleges racial discrimination and wrongful termination.
