Count in Balaka has sentenced a 38 year old man to 12 years imprisonment for forcing a 5 year old boy to suck his private parts.
The man stopped the boy and within a blink of an eye, the man sucked the boy’s genitals while threatening him.
He then asked the boy to return the act before he gave him MK100 so that he does not reveal the ordeal.
The boy reported the matter to his mother and after an investigation the man was arrested.
In court, the state had four witness.
The suspect asked for liniency because he fends for his family.
The magistrate Joshua Nkhono refused saying that the act was disgusting.
The suspect has been identified as Kefasi Kambanizithe , hails from Chilobwe Village, Traditional Authority Kachenga Balaka district.
