As the Malawi’s dreams is to achieve the 2063 National development Agenda, the National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE) Public Trust has urged rights holders to be in the forefront to lead and monitor the government funded projects in their respective communities.

Speaking during an interface with community development structures at Ntonda in Ntcheu under the European Union (EU) funded Boma Lathu Program, Programs Manager Christopher Naphiyo pointed out that the Malawi 2063 aspirations need citizens who have skills and knowledge of development besides governance issues hence the call.

Meanwhile, Chairperson for INkosi Phambala Area Development Committee (ADC) George Manda has described the interface as an eye opener to communities whose active participation is key in enhancing the country’s development.
