President Lazarus Chakwera has until tomorrow, June 19th, to find a replacement for late Saulos Chilima, who until his death held the position of Vice President.

According to the constitution, the president is expected to appoint a new vice president seven days after the death of a serving vice president.

Chilima died in a military aircraft crash together with eight others, in Chikangawa forest in Mzimba district.
