Northern region and some areas in central region are experiencing power supply outage with unknown cause of the fault which has disrupted many people from doing Economic activities
Public Relation Officer for Electricity Supplier- Escom Kitty Chingota, has allocated the outage to a fault, developed over Salima to Nkhotakota overhead line.
According to Chingota, users in Kasungu, Ntchisi, Nkhotakota and most of the northern districts have no power supply.
However, Chingota said the engineers at Escom were working around the clock to have the fault fixed.
