Florida rapper Julio Foolio also known as Charles Jones is dead.
His lawyer, Lewis Fusco confirmed he was shot and killed weekend while celebrating his 26th birthday.
Fusco said that too many people were in the Airbnb where they were celebrating and that they had to leave.
He said the rapper got a hotel room at a Holiday Inn hotel, where he was basically ambushed in the parking lot.
Fusco released a statement regarding Jones death, which read, “While these events involving our client, Mr. Charles Jones, have been disclosed by law enforcement, we are unable to provide further comments at this time until additional details become public record. We kindly request that the privacy of Mr. Jones and his family be respected during this difficult time.”
Tampa police spokesperson Jonee Lewis said that around 4:40 am Tampa police officers were called out to a shooting reported at Holiday Inn Tampa North, where two cars were shot at, resulting in four people getting hit by gunfire.
He also said that the outlet that three other people were injured during the shooting and are each in stable conditions while being treated in hospital.
Julio Foolio born on 21 June was an American musical artist and a talented rapper who hails from Florida. He began rapping career very early in his life and came from tough and troubling childhood life.
