Livingstonia Synod’s Zolozolo CCAP Reverend Kondwani Chimbirima Gondwe has spent a night in police custody for allegedly publishing provocative and offensive communication on social media.
Gondwe’s arrest came barely days after law enforcers also netted two people namely, Rumphi East Member of Parliament Kamlepo Kalua and right activist Bon Kalindo over the same.
National Police Spokesperson Peter Kalaya confirmed of the development in a statement made available to this publication.
Kalaya said Chimbirima Gondwe will appear in court soon.
