Pastor Kondwani Chimbirima Gondwe is expected to appear in court Today on 26 June 2024, this afternoon.
Mr Gondwe is suspected of spreading information about the plane crash in Chikangawa, which the police say was against the law.
They were arrested after Kamlepo Kalua and Bon Kalindo.
Various groups have spoken about the arrest of these people.
In the meantime, the police have warned that anyone who does not use the internet properly will be prosecuted.
