The body of one of the musicians in the country Spiray Mwenya, real name Kennedy Mwenya who once worked with Malawi-music.com will be taken to Lusaka Zambia today for burial.
This has been confirmed in a funeral program seen by this publication.
According to the program, the body of Spiral will be collected from the mortuary today and will be taken to Ziggy Gwamba’s residence in Chimaliro where there will be a service.
After the service, the body of Mwenya will be taken to Lusaka Zambia for burial.
Mwenya was involved in road accident on Sunday and died in hospital on Wednesday in Mzuzu.
Spyral Mwenya, real name Kennedy Mwenya, is known for his compositions such as Kuche Kuche, Ndimaganiza Bhoo, and Ngati Iwo, among others.
Spyral Mwenya was born on June 13, 1995 and he hails from Chikulamayembe village in Rumphi district.
