As the country is still observing the 21 days of mourning following the death of former Malawi Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima and 8 others in a plane crash, reports indicates that an autopsy report on Chilima’s death has been released.
Daily times of June 28, 2024 has confirmed of the development through a story titled ‘Autopsy on Chilima Out’.
According to the paper, a pathologist identified as Steve Kamiza who was identified by the family to find out the real cause of Chilima’s death, has submitted the report to the family.
The paper went further to report that the report has also been shared to responsible authorities but it will be up to the family to share the report with Malawians.
During the burial ceremony of Chilima at Nsipe in Ntcheu, a family representative promised to share the report once it is released.
