Veteran South African musician Winnie Khumalo has made a heartfelt plea to South Africans to pray for her daughter, Rethabile Khumalo, who has been hospitalized.
According to Winnie, the Ntyilo Ntyilo hitmaker was poisoned by a friend.
She further revealed that in the past six days, Rethabile has been in hospital, she has undergone three surgeries, and she is in a critical condition.
In another post on her Instagram stories, Winnie also urged Rethabile to keep fighting for the sake of her young son. “Fight, your son needs you.
We all do,” she pleaded. Further updating fans about her daughter’s condition, the Live My Life hit maker told popular celebrity gossip account Maphepha Ndaba, that a case will be opened with the police regarding the poisoning incident.
