Imbibers in the country have to dig deeper in their pocket starting from today as Castel Malawi Limited has hiked prices of some beers.
The company’s Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications Lavern Chitakata has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to this publication.
According to Chitakata, the price of Carlsberg Green and Special will now be selling at MK1,500 from MK1,400 respectively.
While prices of Castel, Doppel Munich, Kuche Kuche and other products remain the same.
