NIGERIA: Travelers at Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal II in Lagos State witnessed an unexpected wedding ceremony on Saturday.
Olamide Alli and Abiodun Agboola exchanged vows and tied the knot in the airport terminal, leaving onlookers in awe.
The wedding took place in the departure area of the terminal, managed by Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Ltd (BASL). Due to space constraints, only a small gathering of 50 guests could witness the intimate ceremony.
Mr. Kola Bamigboye, Chief Operating Officer of BASL, stated that the unprecedented airport wedding was meant to showcase MMA2’s versatility beyond just being a terminal.
He expressed hope that this inaugural wedding would encourage more couples to consider airports as unique venues for their special day.
