INDIA – female doctor in Bihar, east India, has allegedly hacked off her boyfriend’s penis in an act of revenge after he failed to show up on their wedding day.
The 25-year-old medic reportedly carried out the attack on Monday. Her boyfriend, from Madhaura, was rushed to Patna Medical College and Hospital for urgent treatment.
The accused girlfriend claimed she was enraged by his repeated refusals to marry her after five years of dating.
They had agreed to marry in court, but he failed to appear on their wedding day. Upon his arrival at her home, unaware of her intentions, she allegedly attacked him with a knife.
Neighbors heard his screams and alerted the police, who found him lying in a pool of blood. The woman has been arrested, and further investigation is underway
