United Transformation Movement (UTM) has organized a candlelight service at Masintha Ground in the capital Lilongwe in honor of the country’s Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima.
Chilima with 8 others died in a plane crash in Nthungwa Forest in Mzimba on June 10, 2024.
According to the program seen by this publication, the memorial service is scheduled to start from 5pm and will last for three hours.
Some UTM top officials like Patricia Kaliati, Felix Njawala and others are scheduled to grace the memorial.
Tomorrow, UTM will hold a candlelight memorial at Nyambadwe Community Ground in Ndirande Township.
UTM Youth Director Fredokiss, real name Penjani Kalua is scheduled to lead the memorial service.
