A 12 year old boy of Kamuchanga township in Mufulira district in Zambia has allegedly been sodomized by a salesman of the same township.

Brief facts of the matter are that Bridget Kabwe aged 42 of Kamuchanga township reported on behalf of her nephew the victim of the same resident that he was allegedly sodomized by Gift Mulenga a sales man aged 20 also of Kamuchanga township.

Copperbelt Police Commanding Officer Peacewell Mweemba has said that this occurred between the month of June 2024 at unknown time and July 15, 2024 on different occasions in the shop at kamuchanga market.

Mr. Mweemba says the victim sustained a painful anus and was taken for medical examinations and the results are consistent with the allegation.

A Docket of case has since been opened and an arrest has been made.
