Martha Katongo, a 29-year-old woman from Marapodi compound, confessed to using charms on her ex-boyfriend’s manhood.
She revealed in court that her intention was to prevent him from being sexually involved with other women.
Katongo explained that she used the charms to stop him from fathering more children with different women.
The case arose when Katongo sued her ex-boyfriend, Billy Mukokobi, for failing to repay K6,330 he borrowed to obtain his provisional driver’s license.
During the court proceedings, Katongo clarified that their relationship had ended after Mukokobi borrowed the money but did not repay it.
The matter was heard by Magistrate Lewis Mumba at Matero Local Court Two.
