A United Transformation Movement (UTM) rally is expected to take place at the Mmanga Government School in Balaka, where the party leader and Vice President of the country, Michael Usi, is set to lead the meeting.
Scores of UTM supporters are converging at Mmanga School to welcome Usi, who visited the Immigration Department and Road Traffic offices in Blantyre earlier this morning.
Usi is expected to address the UTM followers regarding some internal issues within the party.
