Florida man identified as Omar Rodriguez has sentenced to life for killing his neighbor over dog poop.
The convict screams at the victim’s widow in court.

Lissette Rey asked Judge Milton Hirsch to give Rodriguez the maximum sentence

Rey had left his dog at home and was walking with his wife when Rodriguez, who was shirtless, confronted them and shot him three times
