A 16-year-old girl has sentenced to 28 years in prison in Mpumalanga in South Africa.
It is reported that the girl (Name withheld) committed the offence In August 2023,at Loding Village near Vaalbank, she was involved in the murder and aggravated robbery of Ms. Grace Tebogo Sebothoma, aged 64.
The teenager committed the crime by stabbing Ms. Sebothoma multiple times and then robbing her of her personal belongings.
The girl was later sentenced on 14 August 2024 to 18 years in prison for the murder and an additional 10 years for the robbery with aggravating circumstances. Both sentences were ordered to run concurrently by the court.
