A couple’s intimate encounter in their SUV almost ended in disaster when their vehicle rolled into the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.

The incident occurred around 4:15 a.m. on August 28, as the pair were engaged in sexual activity in the backseat of their 2020 Range Rover.

One of their limbs accidentally nudged the gear stick, causing the SUV to tumble over the edge and into the river.

Fortunately, the couple managed to escape the vehicle before it submerged. Neither of them was injured in the mishap.

The Range Rover was recovered from the river later that morning, around 9 a.m
