Former Tobacco Commission (TC) Chief Executive Officer Dr. Joseph Chidanti Malunga ha expressed interest to contest for the position of Secretary General (SG) in United Transformation (UTM).
Malunga once served as UTM Publicity Secretary and he the resigned and returned to Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources College (LUANAR) where he was lecturer.
He is the first person to express interest for the post of Secretary General in UTM which is currently in the hands of Patricia Kaliati.
UTM is scheduled to hold its elective conference in November this year.
