Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) spokesperson Shadreck Namalomba has condemned and criticized the growing trend of individuals who write false letters, falsifying their names and signatures, which he says constitutes a crime.
Namalomba made these remarks in response to a letter circulating on social media accusing the party of removing Gladys Ganda from her position as the party’s vice president and replacing her with a new advisor to the party leader.
He stated that the prevalence of such fraudulent activities is increasing and called on the police to investigate those responsible for writing these false letters and to arrest them.
Namalomba warned that such behavior could even extend to fabricating claims against the country’s leadership.
